These terms cover your use of gc-construction.org. By using the site, you are agreeing to them.
What this website is
This website exists to tell you about GConstruction services and to let you request an estimate. Nothing on it is a binding offer or a quote.
Estimates and quotes
Requesting an estimate through this site does not create a contract. Any actual work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and GConstruction, signed by both parties. Pricing, timelines, and scope shown or discussed anywhere on this site are general information only. The numbers that count are the ones in your signed agreement.
Text Message Program (SMS Terms)
What the program is. GConstruction, a DBA of GC Painting and Remodel LLC, runs a conversational customer care text messaging program for homeowners who request an estimate or hire us for a project. If you opt in, you may receive replies from our team about your project request, estimate confirmations, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, follow-ups while work is in progress, and a request for feedback after a job is complete. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages.
How you opt in. You opt in by checking the text message consent box on our website form, by giving us your number when you book an estimate, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of hiring us or of any purchase. You must be at least 18 years old to consent to receive text messages from us.
Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies and depends on your project, typically a handful of messages around scheduling and during active work. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier standard rates apply to every message you send or receive, and GConstruction does not charge you for text messages.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message from us at any time to stop all further texts. You will get one confirmation message and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (210) 778-6578 or email hello@gc-construction.org.
Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and your device. Carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket and Google Voice are supported, and carrier support may change without notice.
Privacy. We do not sell or share your phone number or your text message consent with anyone for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Information on the site
We try to keep everything on this site accurate and current, including project photos, service descriptions and customer reviews. Project photos show past work and are not a promise of identical results. Every property and every job is different.
Your responsibilities
When you contact us, please give us accurate information. Do not use this site to send us anything unlawful, abusive, or harmful, and do not try to interfere with how the site works.
Our content
The text, photos, and logo on this site belong to GConstruction. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first.
Links to other sites
Some pages link out to other websites, such as our Google Business Profile. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
Limits
This website is provided as-is. We cannot guarantee it will always be available or completely free of errors. To the extent the law allows, GConstruction is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. This does not affect any rights you have under a signed contract with us for actual construction work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies.
