GConstruction is a family-owned general contracting company based in San Antonio, Texas. This page explains what information we collect through gc-construction.org, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you fill out a form or book an appointment on this site, we collect your name, your phone number, your email address, the service you are interested in, any project details you choose to share, and the date and time you requested.
We also collect basic, anonymous website analytics such as which pages get visited and roughly how many people visit. This does not identify you personally. We do not collect payment information through this website.
Why we collect it
We use your information to contact you about the project you asked us about, to schedule and confirm estimates and appointments, to send you appointment reminders and follow-ups, and to keep a record of our work and communication with you. We use it for those purposes and nothing else.
Calls and text messages
If you check the consent box on our form, you are agreeing that we can call and text you about your project request. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling at any time by telling us. Consenting to calls and texts is not a condition of hiring us.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or any other information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Text message consent and phone numbers are never shared with anyone outside GConstruction and the service providers listed below.
Who else touches your information
We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They only handle your information in order to provide their service to us: GoHighLevel, our customer relationship management system, which stores your contact details and handles our forms, appointment booking, email and text messaging; Google Workspace, our business email; and Framer, which hosts this website and provides anonymous visit analytics.
We do not sell your information to anyone, ever.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so anything you submit through a form is encrypted in transit. Your contact details are stored in access-controlled business accounts with the providers listed above, not on personal devices or loose spreadsheets. Only the people at GConstruction who need your information to do the work can see it, our business accounts are protected with strong passwords and multi-factor authentication, and we do not collect or store payment card details through this website.
No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information has been compromised, email hello@gc-construction.org and we will look into it right away.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and enquiry records for as long as we are doing business with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can honour warranties and answer questions about past work. If you would like your information deleted, email us and we will take care of it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, delete your information, or stop contacting you. Email hello@gc-construction.org and we will handle it.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
